    - Building for Belonging Program: 3 week starter audit package to 6 month implementation package that assesses your organization from interview to exit, and everything in between, and offers a clear roadmap for improvement, with curated resources for your team.

    - Extensive Retainer Services: Do you already have the basics done but need someone on hand to help you jump in and keep the momentum going? Our monthly retainer offers a Monthly Strategy Call with Leadership, Asynchronous Reviews & Feedback of policies and processes, Office Hours for Managers, and Monthly Q&A sessions

    - Event Accessibility: Want to make sure your event is accessible as possible? We’ll help guide your comms to production to ensure your conference, offsite, or really cool pool party is as accessible as possible.

    - New Office Planning: If you’re still thinking about cubicles, may we offer a suggestion? Don’t. We’ve got cutting edge ideas, based on real world research, that will make sure your office feels welcoming to everyone.

    - ERG Development and Support: From annual programming to tailored workshops, we believe in community and want to help yours flourish.

    Our keynotes and workshops are immersive, story-driven experiences rooted in lived identity, humor, and heart. We blend personal narrative with actionable insights on inclusion, neurodivergence, and accessibility - focusing on the experiences of those most marginalized.

    Every session is tailored to the moment and we always make space for audience engagement, Q&A, or reflection. You’ll leave with both inspiration and real-world tools to build more inclusive spaces.

    Want to better understand how you learn and communicate? Need help asking for accommodations or navigating the workplace as a neurodivergent or disabled person? Not sure how to talk about your disability with friends and partners? Our coaching is rooted in self-advocacy, clarity, and confidence-building to help you ask for what you need to thrive.

    Together, we’ll explore your unique needs, practice setting boundaries, and work on real-life tools to express yourself and thrive- at work, at home, and in your community.

    If you are a manager, friend, teammate, or leader, we offer sessions to help you build your inclusive leadership skills and universal design in your planning.

    Sessions are offered on a sliding scale for individuals, and companies can also purchase bulk sessions as a professional development offering for their employees and managers.
