Dear friend, I coach because I needed it first.
I didn’t come to coaching through a straight, polished path.
I grew up Nairobi, Kenya - in a deeply religious environment where there wasn’t space for my full self - my queerness, my neurodivergence, my questions, or my needs. I learned early how to mask, comply, and stay small in order to be safe. That shaped how I moved through the world for a long time.
As an adult in the U.S., I began unraveling what that environment taught me about worth, obedience, productivity, and “being good.” Around the same time, I started to understand my own disabilities and mental health - anxiety, depression, C-PTSD, ADHD - and how much energy I had spent trying to function in systems that didn’t make room for my brain or my body. I also navigated the pain of being rejected by family, friends and community as a queer, trans individual.
With a B.S. in Education, licensure in Specialized Academic Instruction, certification as a Neurodiversity Coach and years of both classroom and corporate leadership, I’ve built systems that include the most marginalized and supported humans directly through their journey of self-advocacy.
Coaching has become a way to take everything I’ve learned and am learning - through 10 years of personal therapy, teaching, self-advocacy, and lived experience - and turn it into something practical, compassionate, and usable for others.
I work with folks who are neurodivergent, disabled, queer, trans, burned out, questioning, deconstructing, healing, or simply tired of trying to survive systems that were never built for them.
I’m excited to meet you, and be a support as you navigate this journey. You aren’t alone.

What it’s like having me as a coach.
Lived experience + practical tools
I bring my skills as an educator and consultant and my lived experience as a queer, trans, disabled, neurodivergent human into every session.
I know what it’s like to:
Have your access needs questioned or minimized
Be misunderstood in professional, family and community spaces
Carry religious trauma while trying to build a life that feels honest
Navigate transition, identity, and mental health - often at the same time
Learn self-advocacy in sex, relationships, work, family and community later than you wish you had
Sessions are one hour each, collaborative and flexible, trauma-informed and going at your pace. I’m not here to perform expertise at you, but I’m here to think with you.
Coaching might include:
Understanding the way your brain works and what you need to thrive
Untangling shame from your needs
Learning how to advocate for yourself at work, school, or in relationships
Building systems and routines that actually work for your brain and body
Preparing for difficult conversations at work or in your community
Navigating identity, burnout, or big life transitions
Practicing self-trust after years of being told you were “too much” or “not enough”
Ready to see if we’re a good fit? Let’s have a chat to discuss what you’re working on and how I can support you. You don’t have to do these things alone.
I want to work with you if…
You’re neurodivergent, disabled or queer and tired of trying to “push through”
You’ve been navigating mental illness and want executive function support that isn’t judgmental or prescriptive
You grew up in a hyper-religious or high-control environment and are still unpacking its impact
You struggle to name or ask for what you need at work, relationships or community
You feel capable but constantly exhausted
You want support that acknowledges identity, systems, and power and not just mindset
You don’t need to be in crisis to deserve support. You also don’t need to have everything figured out.

Coaching is not therapy. I am not a licensed mental health provider or clinician, and I do not provide treatment, diagnosis, or mental health counseling. If you’re looking for clinical support for mental illness, therapy is the right space for that and I can help you clarify the difference if that’s ever unclear.
Coaching with me focuses on practical support for how you live, work, and advocate for yourself. We focus on:
Understanding how your brain works and how your neurodivergence or cognitive differences show up
Developing executive function skills like planning, organizing, and prioritizing
Practicing self-advocacy in workplaces, schools, or other systems
Navigating professional and personal environments in ways that honor your identity and access needs
Think of coaching as a strategy, reflection, and skills space. It’s about taking what you already know about yourself and building tools, habits, and confidence to move forward. Therapy, by contrast, is about processing emotions, healing trauma, and addressing mental health conditions.
In short: I help you move through life more effectively and with more agency. I do not provide clinical care.
I work with people navigating disability, neurodivergence, mental health, and systems that were not built with them in mind. Many of my clients are managing uneven access to income, benefits, workplace support, or financial safety. My pricing reflects that reality.
Rather than pretending everyone has the same resources, I offer tiered pricing so people can choose a rate that aligns with their access - without shame or justification.
You will not need to explain your choice to me.
